The affiliate is the user who, through their network of personal relationships, emails and contacts, promotes the brand and manages its sales. This affiliate does not have an employment relationship with Soulta, therefore no goals, controls or working hours are required for this purpose.

Affiliation is a smart way to earn money by promoting products and receiving a percentage of sales, as if you were a seller.

All you need to do is send visitors to our website through a special link that will be unique and exclusive (called an affiliate link). If someone purchases any product on our website through your link with your affiliate extension, you can receive up to 5% of the total sale amount.

Soulta uses pix or bank transfer as a payment and financial management platform and also to manage affiliate cookies on its own platform.

Cookies on our platform last for 180 days. This means that when an Affiliate takes a visitor to our websites, that visitor receives a cookie that will last for 180 days. In other words, even if the visitor returns to the seller's website weeks later, whether or not they use the Affiliate's link, the commission will still be recorded normally. According to our conditioning rule, the last Affiliate who took that visitor will receive commission.

You will not be charged for goals or any other sales rules. As a Soulta affiliate, you only win!

You are your boss and you will earn for your effort, the more you promote, the more you earn.

And to promote products, you don’t need to exclusively have a blog or website. Disclosure can be made through links on social networks, such as Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus or through blogs, websites, email or any other online channel, including WhatsApp.

The Affiliate is responsible for reading and respecting all terms and conditions defined by Soulta. If the terms and conditions are not complied with in full, affiliate accounts will be canceled and payments will not be made. When canceling and/or inhibiting payments, Soulta reserves the right not to notify/justify its action to the Affiliate. Some of the reasons that may lead to your account being canceled are:

1. It is expressly prohibited to send unauthorized advertising messages (SPAM).

2. It is prohibited to contact people who leave comments on our social media posts to make offers to buy with your affiliate link.

3. It is prohibited to make advertisements that give the wrong impression to users that our programs offer miraculous results that will be obtained without effort or work. Or other results that are dissonant with those promoted by our programs.

4. Posts, advertisements, banners or any other type of promotional piece that contain images with: a woman's or man's body that indicate sexual connotation and/or shocking images are prohibited.

5. It is prohibited to make a website or social media that represents or resembles our officers to impersonate any of our products.

6. Ads on classified sites such as OLX, Mercado do Livre, etc. are prohibited.

7. It is prohibited to sign emails with any of our Soulta product identities, including Soulta's own name

8. It is not permitted to advertise or send emails with subjects that denigrate or cast doubt on the integrity of any of Soulta's products, including the name of Soulta itself.

9. It is prohibited to give discounts such as the return of part of the money or commissions.

10. It is prohibited to offer discounts to buyers, subtracting the amount to be returned to the buyer from the commission. Soulta products must not undergo changes in value.

11. It is prohibited to give discounts or part of the money or commissions to people who refer your affiliate link.

12. It is not allowed to change the offer of Soulta products If you offer bonuses to your buyers, you must make it clear that the bonus is yours and not from Soulta or any of our promotions.

13. It is not permitted to extend the warranty on Soulta products

14. It is not permitted to embed, download, edit or host materials authored by Soulta and other products belonging to the brand on any website, video service or social networks without prior authorization, with the exception of content made available by us in the area exclusive.

15. Affiliates are prohibited from using any false or third-party content and materials without due prior authorization and references.

16. It is prohibited to associate or compare any of our products or Soulta personalities with other products and professionals in the field.

17. It is prohibited to use the keywords “Soulta” in ads for Adwords (Google). And also as a brand or title of your advertising channels and in the URL of your websites or blogs. The words mentioned are exclusive to the producer, when used in this way.

18. It is essential to adequately serve consumers, maintaining a good relationship with them and ensuring the reputation of all Soulta products, including the name of Soulta itself

19. Keep your registration data with Soulta always up to date.
